- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a competitive standard pricing that includes everything from high low dusting, to windows & appliances. we also have a very competitive pricing on steam cleaning and vinyl floor restoration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I try to acquire is types of services the customer desires while adding any advice I might have so the customer can get the most out of our services. I just simply talk to my customers to find out their thoughts and expectations and we build a plan of action specifically to their needs. I don't believe in cookie cutter solutions in life nor in business. every customer is unique and I try to cater to them as individuals so my customers can get the best services that I can provide. I always say that I am not always the cheapest, but I am always the best bargain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in janitorial, turn key services for over 20 years
