I emailed Jeff because I needed a quote on replacing my bathroom floor. Jeff got back to me within an hour and set up an appointment. Jeff was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything, he was going to do then later that day sent me an estimate. Jeff was able to start work the next week and was very fare priced. Jeff was very quick and while he was working I said I had a some drywall that needed patched and a railing that needed replaced. While he was doing the tile job he took the extra time to help me out with the other projects even going to lowes for me to pick up a new banister railing since he said he was already going. He finished very quickly and it looked amazing. It's been over a year and still looks brand new. His quality is amazing I even called Jeff months later and asked him for a referral on a painter and he didn't hesitant to help me. I will be calling Jeff in the near future to get some more work done. He won't disappoint and goes above and beyond for his customers -Chris hodgson

Jeff was instrumental in preparing my home for sale in 2015. Major projects, included painting the interior of my 3200+ square foot house and refurbishing my large deck. He also did landscaping work in my Asian-themed garden. His work was consistently of the highest quality and reflected close attention to detail. I could always rely on Jeff to show up when he said he would, ready to get to work. Projects were completed in a timely manner. His rates were reasonable and very competitive. My house presented beautifully to potential buyers, and I credit that to Jeff's work. I would definitely use his services again, and have recommended him to friends and family members.

Jeff tackled a problem in our shower that no one else would touch. He did a great job and fixed the problem. I would not hesitate to call him again with any problems we have.

Working with Jeff is always great! In 2013 he did a full bathroom renovation for us with perfect tile work and in 2015 he added a huge composite deck to our home. We are so happy with every project he's ever done for us and we constantly get compliments on his work. He is meticulous and works on a job consistently from start to finish. He doesn't bounce around from job to job so you never have to wonder if he is going to show up. We feel lucky to have found him and have a several other projects in mind that we plan to hire him for. 110% recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally will quote per job and that way everybody is on the same page ... Any extras over and above discussed work is extra cost ....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
See exactly what they are expecting and walk them through different options that they don't always know are there I always ask them what they want not what I want for them ! Be as informative as possible and try to speak on layman's terms I let them ask plenty of questions and take the time it takes to answer so everyone is on the same page
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a precise finish carpenter has rubbed off on me on all aspects of the work I do ... I am self taught in remodeling and take a lot of pride in what I accomplish day to day
