- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Will travel almost anywhere in Ohio and PA with a $15 per half hour drive time charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have a detailed consultation. I like to know what type of hair color and products are on your hair, goals and other expectations before going forward. I do require an in salon consultation for extensions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aveda Institute education, Pravana color certifications, educated in DonnaBella hair, beach waves.
