Introduction: I have 5 1/2 years of experience in Windows and any general or deep cleaning, lots of references, and I do all cleaning at a reasonable rate! What I enjoy about my jobs are the people I get to meet, the help I'am able to provide to them, and the quality of the services I provide , and of course the reaction from the customer, it is a very rewarding job, and I'am so happy to help in these areas of people's lives that give them the time to devote their attention to other things, for example family time, or maybe some errands that need to be ran, the house cleaning they don't have to worry about coming home to really makes a huge difference, I've experienced this myself in my own home!

Sister Sister has been cleaning my home for over a year now. During this time there has not been one time that they did not show at the time and date they we agreed upon. This had been a problem with others I had used. I have a large home and am always pleased when I come home to my clean house. I am comfortable with leaving or not being there when they are cleaning. When I paid them the first time i only had bills that would be paying $10 over, intending on it being a tip but I did not tell them. They went to get the change and when I came home the $10 change was sitting on the counter. That's integrity!! They do a great job cleaning and anytime I need something extra done or done differently they are so gracious to oblige. I have recommended Sister Sister to several people over the years and feel confident in my recommendation.

I highly recommend Sister Sister Cleaning. Jeanne Holmes has performed house cleaning services in my 1800 sq ft home twice a month for close to a year. During this time, she has proven herself to be a prompt cleaning professional with a great attention to detail. My home has always been left in outstanding condition, and all of the furniture and fixtures were treated by her carefully. At times, I ask her to clean more than the usual, and without hesitation, she does. She has a polite and friendly attitude. I appreciate that I don't have to be home for her to clean. I trust her with the private code to my home. If you want an honest person who you can trust and is dependable then Sister Sister Cleaning is who you need to call!!

After a major restoration project, even after all of the construction debris was cleared out, the amount of dust and dirt left behind was overwhelming. Our house is over a hundred years old and we tend to hire experienced workers since every job is inevitably more difficult than anticipated. Jeanne more than rose to the challenge. She squeezed us in very quickly so that we could move back in right away. She arrived on time with all of the supplies she needed and finished the job of wiping down all the walls and cleaning the wood floors (around 1900 s.f.) in just a few hours. Her pricing was very reasonable. It was a great experience and Jeanne herself was awesome to work with.

Jeanne did a great job. The first time she came to clean my house, she spent 8 hours here! She was very thorough. She is now coming every 2 weeks (so hopefully she won't have to spend 8 hours here again!)

I price according to the job, that way everyone gets a fair deal!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over what the customer would like to have done, in a pre-cleaning meeting, set a date and time for 1st cleaning, and work according to what the customer would like to have done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than 5 1/2 years of experience, I used to clean with my mom professionally, when I was much younger, and then of course there's the housewife and mom experience of cleaning professionally as well, cause we all know that those are full time jobs as well, 😊!
