Good morning Mrs Laske, I apologize that you feel like did not have time for your project however we had agreed on a date to do the job for you and you decided to delay it. Yesterday the job we were at took longer than expected and we were 2 hours away from you, that’s why we could not meet and I recall sending 2 different responses one to your email and one through thumbtack stating we would not be able to meet as planned. I did not agree to meet today because as you know is Mother’s Day and my crew has families they want to tend to. Broke my ankle and couldn’t mow lawn before Mother’s Day. I called several services who were too busy to come out. These guys came out next day and did a great job. They were on time, quick, great price on a complicated lawn and it looks great. I didn’t realize how many toys my kids left in the back yard until the workers placed them on the deck.
