- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultations are complimentary as are many other services. Comprehensive retirement plans are created for a flat fee depending on the situation - starting at $500. For managing investments, a flat fee is charged, starting at 1% and going down from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with new clients is to meet and learn about each other. This is a complimentary meeting to see if there is a fit. If the relationship makes sense, we usually will start building a solution to the problems that need fixing. This is followed by a second meeting that outlines potential solutions Dolphin Financial Group could provide. At this point, the client would then decide if they want to continue and meet a third (or more) times to implement the plans.

Our typical clients are people who are looking to retire, are in the process of retiring, or who have recently begun their retirement.
