Dimiti came to my apartment the next day and before he arrived we were texting to diagnose the problem. He spent a lot of time with the computer and carefully explained the options. Thanks to his good judgement and professionalism, we have agreed on a fix and he will return for the repair when parts are in.

Dmitry was fabulous. He was able to come to my home within a few hours of sending out the Thumbtack inquiry.
He was very courteous and explained everything, managing to make a complete IT neophyte like me not feel out of my depth.
He connected some of my devices, ran diagnostics on my hard drive-- getting rid some 'nasties', suggested some (free) virus protection, and gave some suggestions on how to speed up my computer' processing speed.
His quote was really reasonable and I would absolutely hire him again. ⭐️⭐️
