What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We come in and look at the size and scope of the job and figure how many workers and how long it'll take and give a price from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit the customer and visit the site where the work is going to be done. That way I can give an accurate quote for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our guys take refresher courses once a year to stay current of any changes in our field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When other companies like ours promised the moon and didn't even bring moon dust.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of asbestos tile and mastic for small and medium to large companies.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We're proud of all the work we do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get several quotes and then call us and we can probably beat the lowest quote.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That it isn't as complicated as it seems.
