- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a systematic approach that involves not only skill and depth of knowledge, but time devoted to researching and studying the industry and market trends to adapt the changes to fit each clients individual needs. For initial proposals ALL Communications, will research and assess the brand in its entirety then present the client with a topline proposal of services tailored to meet their distinct business goals and objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arrie L. Ledley, President of ALL Communications is a communication specialist with nearly 10 years of experience in the field of communicationschiefly public relations and media relations. Ms. Ledley had a divine vision of owning her own communications company and set forth to fulfill her purpose. She has worked numerous communications and editorial projects with woman owned boutique agencies. Working directly with the CEOs and presidents and has authored several custom publication cover stories, and secured various media placements from local, regional, and national placements for their client roster. Ms. Ledley then secured a position with Coyne Public Relations, named one of ODwyers Top15 PR Firms. During her career at Coyne, Ms. Ledley was the only black female public relations associate at the firm, and provided daily media coordination, outreach, and intermittent onsite media relations for the agencys largest account and other popular consumer brands. Ms. Ledley is well versed through her work in public relations for consumer brands ranging from automotive, tech, travel, and food. She has also executed effective media relations for hundreds of local, regional and national experiential marketing activations, events, and initiatives annually. After her tenure in public relations she decided to strengthen her sales skills at the Lasik Vision Institutes New York and New Jersey locations. Working her way up the ranks she was awarded a lead sales position for the company where she consulted, closed sales, and process financial transactions for patients seeking refractive eye surgery. During her term she continuously met and exceeded sales goals, as a lead patient counselor she generated approximately $280K revenue in three months for the company. Ms. Ledley is an alumna of Seton Hall University with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Journalism with a minor in Spanish.
