ARS Construction has done several jobs for us and have proven to be knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. They do a good job and spend time making sure the job is done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed a concrete foundation wall demolished and removed. ARS quoted a fair price, showed up on time and got the job done. They didn't bring their trailer, so it took longer to haul away the busted up concrete than it should have.

They did a great job. I wanted deck support beam replaced. Allen discovered support poles also were rotten. Allen proposed solution and got it done quickly and great clean up! Now my neighbor hired him!!!! Very fair pricing too.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Alen never keep his appointment times, he would state a time & day & not show. He did this too many times to count. They used our project as a fill in. They had to undo a lot of their work, his personal didn't know what they were doing so they ended up Wasting so much material that we provided for this project. Alen would be the one having to undo their work only after it was pointed out to him or he was going to let it go. We discovered a leak in the roof they put on. They didn't install / seal the vents properly & also didn't tie new roof into old roof correctly . They didn't use flashing where a wall tied into the roof or flash over the tops of two windows . Alen uses an old construction trick where he says he can't make payroll to get advances on payment from the client he's not suppose to receive until completion of the project.
