- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have starting rates based on how often you get the cleaning now: the further apart the more it cost but it basically comes to $25 per hour + other factors vary which I go over with you at walk through (folder)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to do a meet & greed & do a walk through of the property or site in question. That way I know exactly what supplies or equipment I need as each site varies. But most of all I do a walk through of how I work & what clients can expect & of course answer any questions or concerns. I have a folder with all my info. Monthly projects & extra services I offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before owning this business, I worked with this same company so I was trained in doing apt. Move ins/out, make ready's, houses & small business. I help the owner set up the daily operations since she was a friend of the family. So when it was time for her to move back to Dallas she passed it on to me & I changed the name. So I have actually been cleaning for more than 13-15 years now.
