- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always chat with customers first to find out what their vision for my services would look like. I get an idea of what kind of food they like to eat, and I make it approachable to them. I work with customers to get a realistic and cost-effective price to set for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. I have worked in the food industry for over 10 years in various aspects. I have taught cooking classes, prepared catering assignments for clients, and worked at local restaurants. Please check out my resume.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked at a cooking school in Bloomington, IN and the love grew from there. I had a great Irish chef mentor who helped inspire me to serve the community and grow my skills by going to culinary school.
