Anthony was contracted to replace 7 ft of wooden fencing. It turns out that he know a bit of everything so he ended up repairing my Stucco flashing and efflorescence. Not to mention he also painted 2 bedroom. All this was done rather quickly and reasonably priced. We will be seeking his assistance again when we are ready for our next set of projects.

Details: Residential • Wood • Less than 50 feet • 5 feet • Fence sections need replacement • No, the gate(s) open manually

The job was to be to replace wood handrails going up a to a front porch. He was to also fix/replace a window sill on the second floor as well as fix/replace some trim on the second floor. He took the handrails as a template , which was fine and said it would a couple weeks, which was fine. After a few weeks, he called and said he was not happy with them and needed a few more weeks, which was ok. After 2 1/2 weeks I called Anthony to find out what was happening, he told me he fell off a roof and could not work till he got a doctors note. I waited another two weeks and called again. He said he could install the handrail in a few days and he would bring someone to help him. He would bring a ladder to do the 2nd floor work so he would not have to come in the house. He did show up and spent the day on installing the handrails, at that point he told me he was not going to do the 2nd floor work because he did not want to fall. It was about 5:00 when they finished. He reduced the price of the work. The next day I took a close look at the handrail. It was sturdy enough, however, the spindles were not square to the stairs and the spacing was terrible. I called him within 48 hours and told him I was not happy with them and to please set a time to come out and discuss how to fix. He did not return my phone call. So now I have repairs still needed on the second floor, and a out of square handrail.
