- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have programs that allow me to meet with Clients for either 4,6 or 8 sessions either weekly or bi-weekly. Once you are apart of a program you also can sign up for a one hour, grocery store tour at an additional price. 4 sessions- $79 a session 6 sessions- $69 a session 8 sessions- $59 a session 1 hours Grocery Store Tour- $45
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a Health and Wellness Questionnaire that allows me to see where a client is starting out. This allows me to then help identify their personal barriers and what I see they will need personally to achieve goals. Then together we create a customized program based on the questionnaire and goals that a client wants to achieve, such as weight loss, weigh managament and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved a Bachelor's of Science. I majored in Health Science and was part of the Professional Public and School Health Program. This allowed me to learn skills and obtain experience through health internships and student teaching health. I interned at R.I.T Health and Wellness Center, where along with my college education gave me a strong foundation for working with people in the public health setting.
