- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When i meet a new customer. I always ask questions about specifications. For example if the pet has special needs. That's priority number one. How often should they be walked. Do they have a specific meal schedule. And last but not least, is there anything that they don't like. (Example certain dogs don't like they're feet being touched or they don't like certain sounds).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked at four different dog bathing or boarding businesses. When I started working with animals eight years ago. I was trained to bathe dogs and take care of dogs with special needs. I have taken care of dogs of all sizes and breeds. I'm very aware of how different all dogs can be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Eight years ago I started working at Cheryl's Dog Grooming Biz in Herald California. I was trained to professionally bathe and dry dogs for the groomers. Walk dogs and or help take care of dogs with specific needs. For example some dogs have cancer or diabetes.
