- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will discuss these details with the customer/client according to their income. I have several agreement forms according to the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the new customer calls me or send me an email, I will respond with respect and concern. That's my priority. I will take his/her name and tel.# and proceed to discuss his/her matter, work or consulting issue. Then I will ask the client or customer to bring to our meeting any documentation as evidence that can assist on a more profound discussion and coordinate a better approach for our next meeting if needed or solve the matter a.s.a.p.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration for the Inter American University from Puerto Rico. This university belongs to the American Association of Universities in U.S.A. I also have a Technical Certificate in Business Management from Valencia College in Orlando, FL. On both my G.P.A was high.
