- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a package deals that are very reasonable compared to many trainers, since I believe great training and the ability to get in shape should be accessible to everyone. My pricing system is as follows: 1 session: $50 6 session package: $45 each 12 session package (one month at 3x/week): $35 each 16 session package (one month at 4x/week): $30 each For group training (either two or three people) I knock off $5 off for each person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients start with a free consultation, where we talk about your goals, past exercise experience, and answer any questions you might have. Then, we schedule the client for a fitness assessment that will serve as a baseline and gives the trainer an idea of any limitations or areas to focus on. Then at the next appointment, we jump in to our first training session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and CPR/AED Certified. I also have years of independent study and experience.
