FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we make a home visit, it is termed a "trip charge". We visit your home, diagnose the issue and tell you what is wrong, from there, we will show you the options for getting the appliance fixed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the home, diagnose the issue usually by taking the machine apart to access the given issue area, and then report to you and show you the options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an electro-mechanical contractor for many years. This includes certifications in AC, and diesel and gas automotive as well. I've serviced and or rebuilt everything from diesel engines down to pancake mixers. I am also heavily involved in marine repairs so you could say, I am well versed in certain fields.
