Introduction: I offer in-home personal training for individuals and couples and small group training (3-4) with expertise in weight loss, nutrition, mind/body disciplines, speed, strength, and agility training for athletes., as well as training individuals with special needs.
I offer specialized instruction in basketball and boxing, both sports I excelled at in college. I am a passionate physical education teacher by day and a passionate trainer by night or super early morning.
I will go the extra mile for you to get you where you want to be physically, mentally, and nutritionally.
