FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and most importantly an inspection is required to properly assess the issue. Assigning a method of control without an inspection is like giving a prescription without seeing the patient. For any pest we are looking for food sources, water sources, living areas, travel areas, entry points, and any other indication that provides as much information as possible about what is happening in the environment. Once these factors have been identified we provide options of treatment plans to our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The pest management profession has been in my family for generations. I started out 25 years ago working for my uncle during summers when I was in high school. After finishing at The George Washington University I returned back to the family business finally purchasing it in 2004.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
