- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly on a CAD lesson and also have weekly and monthly discounted prices. In regards to design, I offer flat fee pricing not to exceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone call is best to understand what the customer would like, whether it's CAD lessons or design services. Once that is established, a physical meeting happens and the project starts. Very simple. I work one on one with customers wanting CAD lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, graduated cum laude and have worked at many Architecture firms, small and large. I have extensive knowledge working in the the building department in getting a project approved. I also keep up with trends in Architecture and always desire to build a special and beautiful project.
