Introduction: We are a full service residential/commercial construction company that controls almost every aspect/phase of the job by utilizing our employees rather than using sub contractors. Above Board Construction builds and remodels everything from bathrooms to 600 unit mini storage facilities. We also now are fully trained and equipped in building large greenhouses with mechanical components that control light deprivation, venting, and mobile lighting racks. Where Above Board Construction is different than a lot of general contractors is that when performing residential or commercial projects we usually do all the electrical, plumbing, drywall, concrete, painting, roofing, tile, cabinetry, finish work, etc. our self. Our extensive knowledge and skill in these areas not only provides our customers the highest level of quality assurance, but expert sub contractor management when needed. Our ability to professionally handle all the aspects of a job, including those other contractors sub out, also ensures a quicker timeline for completion and can lower the overall cost of the job for our cusomers.
