- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard hourly rates which are used in all our estimating whether time and materials, or a full project bid. We only share this pricing with customers who formerly have us present them a job proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with any client we have found that establishing a good foundation of open communication is the first priority. And in that, we feel it is most important to first listen to our customers needs and desires before giving any advice, quotes, or recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training includes over 25 years of professional on the job experience and training. This includes both the residential and commercial aspects of building and remodeling. We currently hold a B general contractors license in the state of California.
