FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Have to place my eyes on each job so I can see if there are any other potential threatning matters that may been unseen by the home owner and could cause problems, delays, or more money. It's not fair for the home owner to pay more when it could be less
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers you never know who that person may know, so you want to do what you should be doing on all your jobs new customer or not we should always give it 100% because there is a very likely chance she will show off your work and get a referral out of it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Dish I was always getting trained on new products and customer service, for contracting work my best education/training that I got was actually working for another contractor doing something new everyday. Hands on is by far the best practice
