Sorry about your experience. You make a mistake about jobs. You forgot the bathroom, that we fixed Sheetrock and touch up by $200. Kitchen and all windows trimmers of kitchen we gave like a gift, like baseboard. We don't charged nothing. Your tenant is very nice and she knows what happened with me last two weeks. We went there to make kitchen trimmers this week. About job, we didn't sand windows frames, because it'll be more expensive than you want and was impossible to do in one day. Unfortunately we used one coat paint, but we went back to second coat and job is very nice. Like walls, that you ask to be same color of ceiling, just to "clean rooms". And you forgot exterior front door, that we painting free to. And we made a small, but important, carpentry job on basement, for free to. I hope you understand that we was contracted to make a "one day" job, because your last tenant leave the house one day before your new tenant arrived. We worked one Sunday just to help you, with that inconvenient. I'm sorry that you are having problems with other contractors that didn't finished that driveway and garden. We did what you asked us to did and a lot of jobs for free. Thanks for your contribution. We will try to be better next time.
