My hard drive crashed and I needed to get it back up and running quickly. I didn't know what to do and found Luiz Silva via an Internet search. I wasn't sure what to expect, but he came by and took a look. I could tell right away he knew what he was doing. He took my computer as it needed a new hard drive and had it back to me within days. He patiently got they the system up and running. The repair cost was very fair and I would recommend him to anyone needing to have their computer repair.

I was having a lot of problems with my computer. Luiz provided excellent support and fixed all the issues. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my computer. He is also very friendly and professional.

I've been using computers since 1986, and I had seen many computer technicians ever since. I can firmly say that Luiz was one of the best, if not the best computer technician I have ever worked with (and I worked with many). He is well educated and is extremely knowledgeable, he is very quick, and very very honest. These days you don't find all of these qualifications in one person. He restored my "dead" computer in a matter of two days. He came to my house, picked up the computer, and in less than 48 hours brought back my computer in perfect working conditions. Then he connected it, configured it and set up networking, all of this in a matter of 20 minutes. The only downside may seem his price ($75.00). But I think it was well worth of the excellent service I got from him. I was so happy that I paid him a tip too! I already forwarded his information to many parents and friends and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a reliable, knowledgeable and above all, honest service.

After i couldnt start my laptop i was looking for someone who can help me out for decent price and fix the issues i was having with my laptop. I decided to go with Luiz since he seemed from messages he knew what he is talking about. He arranged the laptop pick up so he could have a look. He was talking to me all the way through and gave me advice along the way what is the best for me to do. The turn around took longer since he had to wait for parts to arrive, but as soon as he replaced everything he let me know that is ready and next day i had my laptop back. He stayed here while i checked it out. Its running as it was brand new. I will recommend Luiz to anyone, he is nice, friendly and most of all he knows his stuff.

Luiz Silva came to my home, assessed the problem,took the computer back to his shop, repaired it, and returned it to me. It was a software problem that required a lot of work. HIs price was very fair, and he was very helpful.
