Introduction: Hi! I'm Elizabeth, and I'm a yoga instructor and personal trainer in the Nashville area. I teach at a local gym, but I also have a private practice for one-on-one and small group yoga, personal training sessions and customized healthy meal planning. I am very knowledgeable about health and exercise and stay up-to-date on current topics. About Yoga:
I am a 230-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, and I've been practicing yoga for over 7 years. I teach a variety of yoga styles to meet your specific needs, whether you're an advanced or a beginner! My favorite styles to teach are ashtanga, power, and vinyasa flow. I teach to meet goals, like increasing flexibility, stamina, relaxation or strength. For training, I can come to your home or apartment, but I also teach from outdoor parks or from my home. I can provide all necessary yoga props if needed.
About Personal Training:
I utilize running, weight lifting, cycling, HIIT, LISS, and kickboxing to help you shed excess fat and tone hidden muscles. I start by getting to know you as a person, and your exercise plan will be customized to you based on what I learn. No two clients will be doing the exact same thing.
Included in your training, you'll receive a goal-setting guide that you will use throughout this process. We will take before-and-after photos and track measurements to watch your progress. I train out of work, apartment, and home gyms as well as outdoor parks, studios and homes.
