Introduction: Hi! I'm Elizabeth, and I'm a yoga instructor and personal trainer in the Nashville area. I teach at a local gym, but I also have a private practice for one-on-one and small group yoga, personal training sessions and customized healthy meal planning. I am very knowledgeable about health and exercise and stay up-to-date on current topics. You can trust that I will work hard to ensure that you see results, and I will encourage and teach you along the way! Read below about private yoga and personal training sessions. About Yoga: I am a 230-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, and I've been practicing yoga for over 7 years. I teach a variety of yoga styles to meet your specific needs, whether you're an advanced or a beginner! My favorite styles to teach are ashtanga, power, and vinyasa flow. I teach to meet goals, like increasing flexibility, stamina, relaxation or strength. For training, I can come to your home or apartment, but I also teach from outdoor parks or from my home. I can provide all necessary yoga props if needed. About Personal Training: I utilize running, weight lifting, cycling, HIIT, LISS, and kickboxing to help you shed excess fat and tone hidden muscles. I start by getting to know you as a person, and your exercise plan will be customized to you based on what I learn. No two clients will be doing the exact same thing. Included in your training, you'll receive a goal-setting guide that you will use throughout this process. We will take before-and-after photos and track measurements to watch your progress. I train out of work, apartment, and home gyms as well as outdoor parks, studios and homes. Please contact me with any questions, and I will reply promptly!

Elizabeth is an outstanding yoga instructor and personal trainer. She challenges you, and always changes things up! In her yoga classes, we focused on strength training, meditation and flexibility - All in one! I lost a lot of weight through yoga and personal training, and she taught me things that allow me to keep up the fitness on my own after our training had ended! Her goal setting guide (that she gives personal training clients) seriously changed the way I view health and fitness. Also, I highly suggest paying for her custom meal plans. Mine was super easy to follow because it was customized to MY specific food needs and likes. This made a huge difference in my weight loss results and I'm still maintaining it now.

Elizabeth is an excellent personal trainer. She really challenged me, even when I wanted to give up which was pretty often in the beginning. Her workouts left me sore in the best way possible! The exercises we did were customized to specific things I wanted to target (like my abs and legs). She also gave me 2-3 workouts a week to do on my own without her. Highly recommend! You'll see result!
