- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a "sliding scale fee," set on the yearly household income.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basic intake information and interview. I evaluate ALL information at the first interview appointment and give the couple/family/individual an outline of what will be needed and the approximate time frame "if they do their homework," to reach their resolution, their success is confirmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Every year I am required to continue my education in Advanced Clinical and Clinical Pastoral Counseling.
