- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on service needed and property size. We are told daily that our pricing is better then other quotes they get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we are able to do a quote over the phone and treat the property that same day or the next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Accounting and Business Management. I have been licensed in the pest control field since 2001. I hold multiple different State Licenses in Pest Control. Each of these licenses required extensive training and study. I am an expert and there are no pest problems that myself and our staff are not able to save you from.
