The 12 month program is $100/mo (a little over $3/day)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a signup email for my new customer to fillout and activate their account. Program always starts on the upcomin Monday.

Masters in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition. 8 Years Experience in Fitness/Nutrition Coaching 3 Years Experience in Strength and Conditioning (University of Minnesota, New York University). National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS). Precision Nutrition Level 2 Kettlebell Athletics Certified. CPR/AED Certified.
