Introduction: I am a highly motivated professional and an adaptable self-starter to any and all situations. My motto is "You need to be fluid as flexible is just too rigid!" When I set out to do something, I ensure that it is accomplished in a timely fashion and done with quality and pride put into it.
I had previously worked for 15 years in a progressively rewarding and challenging position within a luxury automotive financial services company. My last position held within the company was a management role, overseeing 25 employees and contract individuals for the document services team as well as the facilities team, mail team, on-site cafe and on-site gym. My extensive self-directive ability was proven and rewarded in many instances. One such accomplishment was when I was reviewing and auditing file retention records, I noticed discrepancies in the file transfer records from our outsourcing company, Iron Mountain, and our own databases, which would have led to major auditing and legal issues. Action was taken to resolve the issues due to my findings, saving the company thousands, even millions in potential legal fees.
Another perfect example of my dedication and leadership would be the recognition and reward from my vice president of operations when to the office going into disaster-recovery mode at 2:00 a.m. due to power being lost in the entire facility for over three days. With my guidance between over 10 different vendors and management companies, we were later able to establish what the issue was and come to a resolution with no disruption to the business due to the generator being run full time, all while the employees of the company did not notice any difference during their day. My job at that time was to coordinate all parties, coordinate communication to all senior leaders and vice presidents as well as run my team and continue with the daily chore of statistical reporting while in disaster-recovery mode.
While I found my job very challenging and rewarding, I now have come to move on to other opportunities in order to spend more time with my family while I have the chance due to my husband's job opportunities. I am seeking work during the hours of 8:30 am and 9pm.
While I left my comfort zone after 15 years, I would like to branch out and utilize my skills which I feel I can share with others. I would love to be able to assist you with working through any and all life challenges or assistance you need by providing my services as a life coach. I also offer my services providing pet sitting and giving your furbabies the best love and care while you are away. I also offer my clerical, reception, front office or other business skills that I possess. I love a challenge and I love to learn.
