Cody was prompt in offering a bid and starting the job. His prices are very reasonable.
I received a really low bid for what I knew this job entailed. I asked Cody to go look at the property and submit a new bid for the work needed immediately and for mowing on a monthly basis going forward. We agreed on a price. Cody showed up the next day and completed 90% of the job. He advised me he would go the next morning, May 27, 2016, and finish the job by 10:30 a.m. I scheduled one of my staff to meet him at the property at 10:30 a.m. to inspect the work and pay Cody. Cody arrived at the property at approximately 11 a.m. He had not completed the job and gave my staff member an excuse why he did not. As Cody seem sincere about completing the job, my staff member paid hlm, despite the job not being completed as agreed upon.
Unfortunately, Cody has continued offering various excuses for not completing the job. He has been advised we will not be needing his services for the monthly mowing job, due to his lack of professionalism in completing the agreed upon work for which he was already paid.
We can provide copies of texts showing the bidding process, terms of the work to be completed and agreed upon completion date, as well as the numerous texts showing the excuses for not completing the job as agreed upon.
The work that Cody did complete was very good.
