Introduction: I offer drafting services for design professionals and the construction industry. Some of my services include: - Civil design plans (demolition, site layout, grading, utility, swppp, drainage, details) - Volume calculations - Architectural detailing - Space planning - Custom millwork design and shop drawings details and specs - As-builts - In-house CAD training and support - And more My experience: I have worked in the construction business, in some way, since 1990. I started out installing HVAC for Lenox and learning basic building construction from my dad for his local business. I have worked for three Nashville custom millwork and furniture companies, both as a woodworker and a project manager where I began to learn more about the intricacies of design. As technology became prevalent in business, CAD design became an integral part of my daily work. I ran a crew for a computer networking company as an installation foreman/technician, while simultaneously continued the drafting work for several architects and interior designers who had worked with me at the millwork company. I was in charge of creating all of the as-built drawings for a low-voltage company. I, then, went into the civil engineering world, as a Project Manager, and was left in charge of all design elements, as well as heading up the CAD design department. Throughout the years, I have continued to create plans of all kinds and lead in-house CAD training courses for woodwork, architectural, interior design, electrical, HVAC and civil engineering companies. My pricing ranges from project to project, as I do drawings for many industries, some even 3D. I can price by the job, by the SF, hourly or even give an "hourly, not to exceed" number, if you'd like.
