- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our in shop services start at $50 flat fee, our on site and remote services are an hourly rate of $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to determine if it would be best for a technician to come on site, or if they can come by our shop. After that we determine the exact issue with the customer to ensure we fix every problem the customer has with their computer, we can send a bill immediately same day, or next day depending on the customers needs. Once the project is completed we call our customers to inform them and setup a pick-up time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professionals are trained in the field, and by study. We encourage all of our technicians to become A+, Network+ and Security+ certified within their first year.
