- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on menu selection, the type of service desired, number of guests and other variables. Please don't ever go with the least expensive- just because they are the least expensive. While pricing caterers for your event please keep this in mind: If you can't purchase a full meal from a Drive Thru for a certain price, how can a caterer offer to: 1. Prepare the food for you 2. Deliver the food for you 3. Serve the food to you 4. Clean up after you For the same or lesser price. There's something that's going to go wrong if you choose a caterer this way or something is just not right. Don't gamble! Have peace of mind an select a caterer based on quality!
