To be completely truthful, working with Iconic Arts was a last minute decision for me, but one of the best vendor decisions of my wedding. Our original videographer ended up cancelling last minute due to a family emergency so we had to scramble to find someone that could take his spot. After speaking with 8 different companies, I got in touch with Iconic Arts. Initially, I spoke with Caleb who was polite, friendly, and professional. He asked me questions about the wedding, our interests, expectations, and vision, all with the goal of trying to make the video of our wedding day as perfect as possible. After our initial phone conversation, we scheduled an in-person meeting where we discussed the timeline of events, shooting style, locations, and required equipment. At this point, I thought that these guys were too good to be true. They were charging 1/2 the price of other videographers but were offering to do twice the work. Thus, I decided to call a good friend of mine who works in the industry and have him figure out if Caleb and Phil actually know what they are talking about. An hour later, I received a call from my friend who was completely blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, and experience of these gentleman. When the wedding day came, they did not disappoint. They were on time, had all of the required cameras and lighting equipment, were quick to set up at both the church and the reception venue, and mainly adjusted to the various locations where we took videos and photos. The guys worked for 14 hours and truly did an amazing job. One week later, as promised in the contract, they shared the raw, normalized footage with me that looked spectacular. I can't wait to see the final edited version. Thank you Caleb and Phil for properly documenting the most important day of my life!

I can't say enough about Caleb! He was professional, energetic, and worked tirelessly to get the best possible shots for our wedding. Upon hearing our frustration with our wedding photographer, he even offered to pull stills from the video so we could capture the moments the photographer missed. He is super creative and had a vision for what would make for excellent footage. He communicated with us throughout the night and even pitched in to help in other areas. He is simply amazing! I can't wait to come back and give another review after we get our video back. I'd highly recommend Caleb to amyone needing wedding videography. He's simply the best!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally will work for $25 an hour (excluding travel/expenses, which are billed separately) for up to 6 hours, beyond that enters my day rate of $500 (which includes travel/expenses in a package cost) for 7-12 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either meet or exchange correspondence to get a clear idea of your goals and details of your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Film and Video at Columbia College Chicago, tested 1st in the nation at SkillsUSA Video 2009, wrote and produced Deer in the Headlight which recently won Audience Choice at Beloit International Film Festival.
