- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system, we do have packages though!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact is made I will usually send a new customer a questionnaire that is relevant to the type of amazing event taking place; this helps me better understand the needs of the customer. Once that is done, I will send my pricing information for the various packages and a booking request. After the booking request is confirmed, we'll have correspondence to further tailor the setup so when it's time to party all the guests have to do is step up, strike a pose, and never forget the fun they had!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal training or education in the field of photography. I have simply learned by experience....And lots of books, tutorials, googling, and LOTS of practice!
