Be very careful before you give this guy any money! Michael Turchetta was unreliable and disingenuous. After setting up a second meeting with him to clarify and identify the facia repairs that he was supposed to be addressing (his estimate was without any detail as he apparently was trying to avoid having specifics in his estimate), he simply stopped responding to calls, emails, texts and he never showed up to do the work.
