Case Lovell Counseling

Introduction: As a therapist, my goal is to empower you to make the changes that need to be made in your life. Together we will work to figure out where you want your life to be, what is holding you back, and how to get you past those obstacles. My role is to ask the right questions, so that you can find the answers that are right for you. Everyone has within themselves the capacity for growth and positive change. I will help you tap into your inner strengths and make that change. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds to manage depression, anxiety, the grief caused by a death or the loss of a relationship, or the stress and uncertainty of major life changes.
