- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To be absolutely honest, I avoid standard pricing systems as; every individual project has its own particular nuances and every customer has very particular needs and desires. There is no way to standardize everyone's individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to make a personal connection with my customers, thus allowing me to provide a tailored service to meet the customers needs and provide a personal, custom service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began performing construction duties at the age of 10, working with family. I have been in and around this business for 30 years.
