Introduction: I am more than happy to provide any services that are related to being a personal/private chef, including cooking for you and your guests or teaching you how to cook. I am also happy to provide entertainment, while I cook through conversations, demonstrations of techniques and fun displays of skill.
My experience includes spending many years honing my professional skills and my passion for the culinary arts, and working as an Executive Sous Chef (in Washington, DC) under both Executive Chef Kyle Bailey of Birch and Barley, Churchkey, Blue Jacket, and GBD Chicken and Doughnuts; and Executive Chef Peter Smith of PS-7's, Newton's Table, and Vidalia.
