Raquel was amazing! She came in on three Tuesdays to prepare meals for the week. She listened carefully to the types of food I like and did a great job at being creative while incorporating all my likes and avoiding my dislikes. She labeled all the food so it was easy to know which dish goes with which and she cleaned up flawlessly. She swept and even took out the rubbish. The food was delicious and it made my life SO much easier having meals prepared for myself and my daughter. I fully trusted Raquel to be in my house while I was at work and I know she treated my kitchen like her own. She is very responsive and great at communicating her plans for the week. I really appreciate all of her hard work and her delicious meals!!

Raquel combines a perfect mix of skill, professionalism, creativity and fun while remaining very relatable. I've participated in 5 cooking classes that she has led and I think she is great at tuning into the needs and desires of the group or audience. She combines a strong passion for food with a wide breadth of experience and I would trust her as the head chef in any kitchen.

I work for Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington and I was helping with a wish child's enhancement party. I was referred to Raquel as I needed a cooking demonstration (the wish child loves to cook). Raquel was amazing to work with. She always responded quickly, was professional and kind. She arrived on time with a wonderful presentation that engaged not only the children, but the adults too! And, of course the food was amazing. I highly recommend Raquel and I hope to work with her again in the near future!
