- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham North Carolina. I've worked in various restaurants as a line cook and a pastry cook.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began cooking as a child, and as I got older I started to work in restaurant. Then I decided that culinary school option because it was something that I enjoyed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of customers. Many customers have had allergies, dietary issues etc...
