Chef Fey was AMAZING! She came to my kitchen for a pickling, canning and preserving lesson - she was extremely knowledgable, well-prepared with fun recipes and fresh ingredients and very lovely to hang out with for a few hours! She was able to meet myself and my guests at our individual skill levels and give us tips and tricks for the future. I would absolutely recommend hiring Chef Fey!
