Choose to Lose Fitness has been so motivating and helpful in my fitness journey. The fit camps work your entire body. They are hard, but I always leave class feeling great and knowing I got a fantastic workout. Amber is a great motivator and an inspiration.

I am amazed at how far my level of fitness has improved under Amber's fitness program. She operates a first class instructional program with alternatives ways to perform an exercise for maximum results. She can modify her programs to fit your current fitness level. I am pleasantly surprised how my endurance has increased in just a couple of months of working out with her. If you are serious abut getting into shape I would strongly recommend her program.

I have been training with Amber for 7 weeks now and have never met anyone as supportive and motivating as she is. She is continually offering feedback to help me do better in my workouts. I know she has gone through the same fitness transformation that I am working through and it makes me appreciate her even more. Even when I don't feel like working out, knowing that she will be there cheering us on, makes me want to be there. I thank her for the success I have experienced up to this point!

Amber focuses on doing the excercises correctly and gives modifications based on fitness level. She isn't the type of trainer that yells or makes you feel inferior. She is motivating and works out with you. She keeps it real! I highly recommend Choose to Lose Fitness.
