I hired sparkle maids for a moving out cleaning and they did a fairly good job. There were a few coffee spots on counters they said wouldn't come out but when I went over them after they left I was able to get them out. The vents weren't done as well as I had hoped and there were some dusty areas such as blinds. But if you take a not so thorough look things were done well. It saved me a lot of work. There were a few spots that remained on the carpets but I went over them with a damp towel and cleaner and they came right up. Overall they did a good job for the price. I specifically asked for pet urine cleaning. I was assured that the cleaning technician was going to use a pet deodorizer and an enzyme of some sort.. This was a complete misunderstanding. My carpet technician did not notify me of the fact that he ran out of the appropriate chemicals. If allowed it would be my pleasure to do this right and redo your carpets with the cemichals i explained to you. My sincerest apologies.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I only charge customer depending on how many bedrooms and bathrooms they have. It will always be a flat rate. When a customer is a reacuring customer there price will remain the same even if are prices start going up due to any reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new cuatomer I like to do a walk through of the home prior to my employees even getting out of the vehicle. That way I am able to get a feel of what the customer needs done in the home, how they like it done and so im able to explain my company's policies. I provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed 100% of the time. So speaking to my new customer prior to the service Im able to put my customer at ease, and myself along with my employees are able to work more comfortable. Once we are done cleaning the home I do a walk through with my customer to make sure everything is to there satisfaction. If we missed something we always go back and redo it until its done to perfection. If my customer is satisfied with the walk through then I know I did my job to perfection!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?For many years it was my dream to own my own maid service. Cleaning, customer service along with helping others are my passion! I love doing what I do, all of my employees love there job and our customers are our number 1 priority!!!
