- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fare as possible it ultimately boils down to what the customer is seeking. But I'm kind of a neat freak so you'll get quality for low pricing regardless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to cater to there likes and dislikes, as far as chemicals they prefer, fragrance preference, things that ensure their comfort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although my company is relatively new, I have been cleaning for the past 18 years!
