FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages and am willing to negotiate on pricing for those who need financial support. The first step is for us to spend 20-30-minutes on the phone (free of charge) to see if we are a good fit for one another. If you decide to give Coaching a try, the initial session -- a 60- to 90-minute "Discovery Session" -- costs $95. My monthly fee for two 30-minute sessions a month, is $150. Most clients sign on for three to six months. Payment is due on the the first of the month preceding the coaching sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is spend 20- to 30-minutes talking with a potential client to be sure we are a good fit. Assuming the client decides to give Coaching a try, I provide a state of being assessment, a client questionnaire and a wheel of life chart to be completed prior to our first session. On average, clients spend thirty minutes to complete this paperwork. The first session is called the "Discovery Session" and generally takes 60 to 90 minutes. We will work together to clarify the details of our coaching relationship (the Coaching Agreement) as well as articulate what the client hopes to accomplish. I typically connect with my clients twice a month for 30-minute sessions, and the majority of people I work with sign on for three to six months.
