- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I have many options for my clients. Whatever works best for them. My goal is to be able to serve everyone and not let cost be the deterrent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to them first over the phone to see what services they need and then meet with them. However, I do help many clients out of the area via teleconference or Skpe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a doctorate in education and I have been a Career Technical Dean for over 10 years helping adults and students with career changes and educational goals. Additionally, I was a high school counselor.
