- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 65.00 diagnostic charge,has to be paid even if the repair is declined,,labor for the repair is added on to the diagnostic fee..usually the labor is figured out depending on the failed part that has to be installed,,+ taxes & then parts + tax..The diagnostic fee is the same as the trip charge
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining the product failure & procedures for repair. Try to provide your service needs as low in cost as possible. Give estimates on repairs & honest opinions on repairs verses replacement...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While i was employed with sears,,they provided factory training on all the appliances & do time after time check in with manufacturers on any changes on their new products
