Luis got my pc fixed same day and installed antivirus something past tech didn't do and explained possible reasons why my computer messed up. Also he showed me i can plug it into my tv now i can watch netflix on my tv. Will be spreading his card around to all friends. We has issues with our laptop and printer. Luis came and solved them. He was on tine and very knowledgeable. He was also very professional and patient. We cannot recommend him highly enough. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricinging can be discussed prior to the job and also sometimes if the time frame would be a little hard to determine I can pre negotiate pricing to a flat rate so my customers can know what to expect before getting themselves into something they can't afford
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I greet them with the up most respect as an introduction determines what can happen next. The good thing is nothing will change through out their whole experience with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I constantly stay up to date of new technology by conversations with people in same field, technology seminars, magazines, news, and internet.
